At LYVR, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.

30-Night Return Window

We offer a 30-night return window from the date your order is delivered.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • returned within 30 nights of delivery
  • in good condition
  • free from excessive wear, damage, or misuse
  • returned with original components where applicable

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

12-Month Quality Guarantee

Every LYVR product is backed by our 12-Month Quality Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

 

If your product has a genuine defect in materials or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we’ll review the issue. If the claim is approved, we may provide:

  • a replacement product
  • a repair solution, where applicable
  • a partial or full refund, depending on the issue and product availability

Eligibility

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements may be accepted in cases such as:

  • product arrives damaged in transit
  • wrong item was sent
  • item has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • item is returned within the 30-night window and meets return conditions

Non-Eligible Returns

We may decline returns or refunds for:

  • items returned outside the return window
  • products damaged by misuse, improper storage, accidents, or unauthorized modification
  • normal wear and tear
  • missing parts not reported shortly after delivery
  • items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • returns sent without first contacting our support team

Return Process

To start a return, email support@lyvr.store with the following:

  • your order number
  • the product name
  • the reason for the return
  • clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once we review your request, we’ll provide next steps if your return is eligible.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please include photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label, if relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective item
  • an incorrect shipment sent by us

we may cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If the return is requested for other eligible reasons, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

 

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact support@lyvr.store as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, contact us first at support@lyvr.store so we can try to resolve it quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and limit the options available to assist you.
