At LYVR, we work to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as smoothly as possible. This page explains our shipping timelines, tracking process, delivery expectations, and what to do if you run into any issues.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders promptly so your LYVR products can begin their journey as soon as possible.

 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment, though some destinations may take longer depending on local carrier performance, customs clearance, weather disruptions, or other delivery conditions outside our control.

 

If your tracking shows movement, your order is still in transit even if it is taking longer than expected.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.

 

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact support@lyvr.store and we’ll help you locate your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method available for your order.

 

From time to time, LYVR may offer free shipping promotions or shipping discounts. If applicable, those offers will be displayed directly on the website or at checkout. 

 

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional destination-related fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by LYVR. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

 

If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges or import fees, any return-related shipping charges or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

 

LYVR is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking link for the latest update.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation where appropriate.

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • check around your delivery location
  • ask household members or neighbors
  • check with your building reception or mailroom
  • contact the carrier directly

LYVR is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you investigate the situation.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may ship in multiple packages.

This can happen if:

  • items are packed separately for protection
  • part of your order is fulfilled first
  • items are stocked in different fulfillment locations

If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, the address is inaccessible, or the address provided is incorrect, the carrier may:

  • reattempt delivery
  • hold the parcel for pickup
  • return the package to sender

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping timeline will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

If there is a major delay affecting your order, we will notify you by email.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping periods, both processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We recommend placing orders early if you are purchasing for a specific date or occasion.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or decline shipping to certain regions, addresses, or countries where delivery is unavailable, unreliable, restricted by law, or commercially impractical.

If we are unable to ship to your location after your order is placed, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
